Monthly Events Proposal " Walking Month"

In order to encourage employees to improve their physical condition the Rosettastone Japan should organize a competition called the Walking Month. All employees should be encouraged to join in and participate as an individual or as a group. The goal is for employees to walk an average of 6,000 steps per day although the greater the number of steps the more benefits it will have on employees physical and mental health and help to reduce stress.
This program has been very popular and has generated a lot of interest from employees from many organizations.

We could  prepared prizes for employees in different categories.
